The Blue Pacific Mobile Home Park…

…is a family-friendly, Resident-Owned Park in Santa Cruz County, CA., located a 4 minute drive to Seacliff State Beach, or a shorter distance by foot. Our Park has 100 units in a well maintained and charming setting.

The Blue Pacific Mobile Home Park is located on land that was stolen from the  Awaswas First Peoples, later became a sugar beet field, then a campground before it was converted into a mobile home park in the late 1950s. Over time, a piecemeal sort of growth gave Blue Pacific its unique, nonlinear appearance that it still has today. One by one, many older mobile homes in the park have been replaced by new manufactured homes.

In 2011, a group of highly motivated and energetic residents successfully completed a purchase of the park as a non-profit Mutual Benefit Corporation. Since then, the water, gas and electric infrastructure have been upgraded, and numerous upgrades to the streets, trees and common areas have taken place.

The Blue Pacific is professionally managed, with governance provided through a 9-member, volunteer Board of Directors; each serving a one-year term. Volunteers also contribute energy to committees that assist with the operations of building and maintaining a healthy community of neighbors.
